1Who we are

In this policy, “Gatherdly”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of the Gatherdly platform — an AI-assisted lead acquisition and outreach service that helps businesses find prospects, enrich contact records, plan and run events, and send personalized outreach across channels such as email. “You” means the individual or organization using the service. “Service” means the Gatherdly application and websites.

2Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account data — your name, email address, phone number, password, organization name, and role.
• Billing data — when you purchase a plan or credits, our payment processor collects your payment details. We do not store full card numbers.
• Content you add — contacts, leads, events, messages, notes, and any files or data you import or create in the Service.
• Communications — messages you send to us for support or feedback.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visits, time spent, and similar diagnostic data.
• Cookies — small files used to keep you signed in and to understand how the Service is used (see Section 7).

Information about the people you contact

Because Gatherdly is an outreach platform, the Service processes business contact information about third parties — for example prospects you import, or publicly available professional details (such as a name, company, role, business email, or business phone) gathered from public sources or third-party data providers — so that you can manage and personalize outreach to them. See Section 6 for how this data is handled and how those individuals can opt out.

3How we use information

• To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To enrich contact records and to generate, personalize, and send outreach you initiate.
• To process payments, plans, and credit balances.
• To provide support, respond to requests, and send service-related notices.
• To monitor usage, prevent abuse, and secure the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4AI and automated processing

Gatherdly uses artificial intelligence and large language models to draft and personalize messages, enrich contact data, and surface suggestions. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing anything generated before you act on or send it. Content you submit may be processed by our AI service providers solely to provide these features, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

5How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers — hosting, data storage, AI processing, email/SMS delivery, lead-data providers, analytics, and payment processing, who may process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Gatherdly, our users, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.
• With your direction — when you connect a third-party integration, data flows to that provider under its own terms.

6Contact data and opt-out

If you are a recipient of outreach sent through Gatherdly and want your information removed, or if you are a customer managing third-party contact data, please note:

• Customers must have a lawful basis to upload or process contact data and to send outreach to it.
• Every recipient may opt out of further messages, and we honor verified deletion and opt-out requests.
• To request access to or deletion of your information held in the Service, contact us at support@gatherdly.app.

7Cookies and tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Service (for example, to keep you signed in) and may use limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Service works.

8Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to data portability (for example under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA). To exercise these rights, contact support@gatherdly.app. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. 11Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12International users

Gatherdly may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email.
